Die Puzzles sind qualitativ hochwertig gedruckt, gestanzt, verarbeitet und verpackt. Die Puzzle-Teile werden aus 1,9 mm starkem Puzzlekarton gestanzt. Das fertig gestanzte Puzzle wird zerblasen, in einer Plastiktüte eingeschweißt und in einen Stülpdeckelkarton (Maße: 37,3 x 27,3 x 5,6 cm) eingelegt. Das individuelle Puzzle-Motiv ist auf der Außenseite des Puzzle-Kartons großformatig abgebildet und dient damit hervorragend als eine Puzzle-Vorlage.
