Birdlife in the heart of South America
The Pantanal in southwestern Brazil is one of the largest inland wetlands on earth. Its birdlife is spectacular with over 650 species. Often, the colors and the size of the birds are unique. The dazzling hummingbird measures a tiny 7 centimeters, the stately jabiru stork 1,40 meters. The beautiful close-ups were taken from the boat or on forays through the woods.
The calendar “Bird paradise Pantanal – impressive colors of nature” is a monthly calendar in sizes A5 to A2, considering of 14 pages (incl. cover page and general overview) for the year 2020. All calendar pages are hold together by a coil binding. In the bottom section of every month is a calendar, with Sundays and public holiday being printed in red and all Suturdays yellow. On the page “general overview” the content of every single photo is described under the picture.
The calendar is printed digitally in four-color print on high-quality, multiple coated art paper (170 Gram) to the latest ISO standard. This provides high-resolution detail reproduction of the striking animal photos, which were mainly taken in the South-Pantanal (Brazil). Of course the paper is FSC certified. The calendar is equipped with a transparent cover as well as a carton back for further stability. The shipment is performed by DHL with a solid, flat packaging made out of carton.
